1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
3 TBSPS Salt
Shake, in a carefully closed container, to mix. Store in the container, but, fill a salt shaker for serving (or rather, that's what I do).
I particularly enjoy garlic salt on pizza. Nick prefers it on nearly all foods, in place of table salt.
I never thought about the possibility of making my own. I use the Lawry's brand, and really, really like it! It's surprising that I like a brand of garlic salt, but after using store brands, this one is markedly better and affordable. It has bits of parsley in it as well, and I think it jazzes up my guacamole.
