Carrie’s Cocina is my journal of what I've baked, cooked, eaten, done, read, and thought.
I'm Carrie and I did have a home kitchen, (Cocina is Spanish for kitchen) in the state of New Mexico, where Spanglish is understood (in this instance, it’s English grammar, with a Spanish word), when I began blogging.
Although, I'm no longer in New Mexico...
Only one post now appears on each page, to give Carrie's Cocina a more book-like, or magazine-like, feel.
